Description

Required Male Accountant cum admin for a Reputed Garage for Cars Mechanical & Denting/painting jobs.

Requirements:

Must be indian national male candidate only.

Must have 4-5 years of experiance in the same feild, same industry in Bahrain.

Local transfer only.

Good communication skills through knowledge of accounts/admin experiance in erp software,
Knowledge of VAT filing and regulation of VAT.


Resposiblities:

Should be resposible for all workshop transaction such as daily sales, purchase, cash , bank , petty cash etc.

Handling phone calls, emails and staff.
making job cards for vehicles. Receiving cash from customer & make the bill.
Prepare the Payments for spareparts/material suppliers by the cheque.

Daily posting of payment, journal entries.

Prepare the staff salaries with o.t calculation to process through bank.

Bank Reconciliation.

VAT Return filing
Etc.

Salary will be BD 200 - 250 depends on experiance.
