Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to create visually engaging content and maintain our social media presence. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop graphics for both digital and print media while effectively communicating our brand message across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and other marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our marketing goals.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design and social media marketing.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and digital marketing.
