Job Title: Aluminum Fabricator
Urgent Hiring: Closing Date – 10th October
Reports to: Workshop Supervisor/Production Manager
Location: Tubli, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabricator to fabricate and assemble aluminum products, including doors, windows, facades, and other custom designs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with aluminum materials, proficiency in fabrication techniques, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate aluminum products.
2. Cut, drill, shape, and assemble aluminum extrusions and sheets.
3. Operate fabrication machinery and tools, such as saws, drills, and presses.
4. Ensure accurate measurements and quality finishes.
5. Assemble and install hardware and accessories (e.g., hinges, locks).
6. Conduct quality checks on finished products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
8. Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in aluminum fabrication.
2. Proficiency in aluminum fabrication techniques and machinery.
3. Understanding of measuring and layout principles.
4. Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
5. Attention to detail and quality focus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fabrication/welding preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with CNC machinery and software.
2. Knowledge of aluminum industry standards and regulations.
3. Welding certification (MIG/TIG).
4. Supervisory or team lead experience
Acceptable Candidates:
1. Local candidates (full-time).
2. Overseas candidates (full-time) from GCC, Singapore, or Malaysia.
3. Local candidates with Flexi visa (part-time only).
