Description

Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist (HVAC/Construction)

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC or construction sectors.
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related products.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with contractors, builders, and facilities managers.

Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in HVAC systems are advantageous.
- Professional Sales or Marketing certifications are preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including various heating, cooling, and ventilation technologies and their applications.
- Familiarity with ductwork design and installation processes.
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Competency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.

Sales Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with experience in overcoming objections.
- Effective presentation skills for delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Skilled in lead generation and prospecting.

Marketing Skills:
- Expertise in market research, including analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Strategic planning experience for developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation for compelling marketing materials.

Personal Attributes:
- Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business goals.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving market conditions and business needs.

Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including building codes and energy efficiency requirements.
- Strong networking skills for building and sustaining industry connections.
- Project management capabilities for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with HVAC design software and tools (e.g., AUTOCAD, Revit) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits.
- Valid Driver’s License (Saudi or GCC) required for travel to client sites and industry events.

Contract Details:
- Contract Duration: 2 years
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Accommodation: Free shared accommodation
- Transport: Free transport provided from accommodation to workplace
- Insurance: In accordance with Bahrain Labour Law
- Medical: Private hospital medical insurance
-Air Ticket:Complimentary return air ticket provided by the employer upon completion of the 2-year contract
- Annual Leave. 30 days per year of service
