Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Graphic Designer who can also help generate leads and manage our social media marketing efforts. This unique role combines creative skills with a knack for marketing and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be versatile, innovative, and able to handle multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects (events, products, portraits, etc.).
Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, brochures, and promotional materials.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for campaigns.
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Assist in generating leads and attracting new clients through creative content, social media engagement, and other marketing strategies.
Manage and maintain an organized digital portfolio of all projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in photography, design, social media, and marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photographer, graphic designer, and social media marketer.
Strong portfolio showcasing photography, graphic design, and social media work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with video editing software is a plus.
Strong understanding of visual communication principles and social media best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with lead generation and digital marketing is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
