We are seeking an Office Assistant to manage quotations, invoices, and
email correspondence etc.

Key Responsibilities:
 Prepared and issued accurate quotations, delivery notes, and
invoices for clients.
 Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and
timely manner.
 Assist with general administrative tasks to support office
operations.

Qualifications:
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
