Job responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients such as contractors, builders, architects, and retailers.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable plywood solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our plywood products to clients, highlighting how they meet their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay informed about new products and innovations in the plywood industry.
- Meets sales and collection targets.

Job Qualifications:

Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in building materials or outdoor/field sales.

Education: Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with plywood or building materials is a plus; willingness to learn.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing market conditions.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license
