Sales Promoter Job Description:

Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.

Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.

Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.

Maintain a clean and neat store appearance for our customers.

Ensuring that all goods are stored properly to ensure everything is organized and in place.

Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure no products run out.

Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.

Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.

Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.

Following up with customer’s complaints and resolving internally.

Labels items with identification tags and price tags. Records inventory in the store’s system.

Processes purchase orders and other shipping requests.

Receives, inspects, and counts stock for damage, spoilage, or missing items Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.

Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports. Networking with relevant stakeholders.
