We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Site Foreman to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing plumbing operations on various construction sites while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Plumbing Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled plumbers and apprentices, assigning work tasks, and ensuring that all plumbing installations adhere to local building codes and specifications. This position demands a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise on-site. You will also act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that all plumbing-related matters are addressed promptly and effectively. The Plumbing Site Foreman will be expected to maintain documentation for inspections, manage material inventory, and uphold a safe working environment in compliance with occupational safety regulations. This role is integral to the success of our projects and requires a proactive individual with a passion for delivering quality workmanship in the plumbing sector.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on construction sites
Ensure that all plumbing work meets company, state, and local codes and regulations
Manage and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices
Plan work schedules and allocate resources effectively
Inspect and review plumbing installations and systems to ensure functionality and safety
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain accurate documentation of plumbing work performed and materials used
Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumbing foreman or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

A valid EWA plumbing license and relevant certifications

Should have minimum 5 years of experience
