Description

- Implements and maintains the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other local and international regulatory and legal requirements. - Reviews and distributes all documentation including procedures, training plans, lessons learnt, and other documents and records produced in the Quality Management System in accordance with established and approved Company policies. - Monitors and trends Key Performance Indicators and use them as a basis for process improvement and resource allocation. - Leads the effort for investigations through root cause analysis towards the development of corrective and preventive actions. - Performs customer specification reviews against standard service offering and process capability. - Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance issues and reports on these in a timely manner. - Executes against a defined quality improvement plan organized by priority. - Drafts, executes and maintains procedures and office audit plan including developing, recommending and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. - Ensures that routine quality activities such as training, review of documentation, filing, record keeping is maintained in the manner agreed up and documented in the Quality Management System Manual. - Ensures evaluation of and reports on vendor quality systems. - Evaluates and reports on data analysis, quality objectives, improvements, corrective and preventive actions identified by the respective departments as it relates to the quality system. - Assists in the preparation of the Management Review process and to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the quality system through the Management Process. - Assesses customer requirements and sets customer service standards in addition to ensuring that these are met. - Writes management and technical reports and customers’ charters. - Completes tender documents where required. - Ensures compliance program goals are met inclusive of compliance to the sub-contractor management program. - Ensures Company is trace certified according to the defined frequency. - Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
