We are currently looking for a Well-Experienced Technical Sales Engineer. Local Hire (Bahrain Based Applicants Only).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a robust network in Contracting, Trading, & Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales, deep technical knowledge of industry-related services, and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.
Diverse experience in all types of Industrial and Construction in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry work, Especially for supplying industrial materials or manufacturing of auto and machinery parts for industrial projects such as Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Flanges, Structural Steel Multi Shaped Sections, Grating/Covers, Industrial Equipment's (Tanks / Vessels) serving to various petrochemical process, refineries, power projects, water treatment plants, steel, cement, oil & gas and engineering, Design, construction companies and their industrial operation.
Sales ability
In this role, you will employ sales strategies to convince potential clients of the product or service's merits. This requires a combination of persuasion, negotiation and business acumen.
Problem-solving skills
Sales engineers often provide creative and pragmatic solutions for clients. This means assessing a customer's needs, identifying potential obstacles and providing a solution that meets their needs.
Communication skills
Sales engineers are required to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Being able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a range of people, from executives to front-line workers, is key.
Technical expertise
A deep knowledge of the product or service you are selling is the basis for any sales engineer. This allows you to confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and functionality of the product or service to potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:
* To review market prices and availability of similar stock items in order to reconsider the sales pricing policy with director
* Adherence to and implementation of Quality Management System.
* Annual budget, sales forecast and marketing planning.
* Follow-up key customers and major consultants.
* Co-ordination with Purchase & Accounts Department to meet customer requirements (price, quality and delivery time).
* To follow-up outstanding payments in consultation with accountant.
* Ensure quality quotations are prepared advising best technical option and commercial alternatives fully meeting the specification and client’s requirements
* Correspondence with clients whenever required (e.g. sensitive matters).

*Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they fully understand the value and benefits of our products.
*Market Analysis: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
*Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
*Minimum experience of 5 years in the same field
*Applicants with industry contacts will be considered.
*Industry Contacts: Established network of relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
*Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering products, technologies, and market dynamics.
*Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
*Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
*To strengthen project development activities/Service Marketing.
*To identify & develop new sales channel.
*To monitor market requirements and competitors’ situations and feedback.
*To support the marketing activities.
*Must have a valid GCC driving license
* Sales Aptitude
* Multi-tasking capability
* Can handle pressure
* Computer literate and hands on experience with MS Office
