Preparing accounts and filing VAT returns
LC (letter of credit) documents and payment follow up
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
Following Credit customers for payments
Auditing knowledge and related documents to be prepared
Petti Cash handling, Monthly closing and report to be submitted
Supplier PO to be prepared for both local and international
Managing the inventory and coordinating for delivery of the material
Handling the Freight forwarders for the proper delivery schedule.
