Description

High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
Proven experience in a dispatching or similar operational role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using dispatching software, tracking systems, and other relevant
Familiarity with geographical areas and routes to optimise delivery plans.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and effectively manage emergencies.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Flexibility in working hours, as dispatching may require shift work or be on-call

• Candidate type: Expat preferred
• Salary expectation: 250 BHD
• Visa type: Flexible Visa only

• General experience on Bahrain overall ( areas & blocks) & ability to learn
