Our company is currently in need of Electrical Engineer

Job Description will be as follows:

• Coordinating with Main Contractor’s Project Manager / Engineers / Consultant / Client representative towards the progress of the project works.
• Supervising and monitoring the Site Supervisor, Safety Engineer, and Store Keeper in relation to the project, and assigning them tasks based on site conditions.
• Preparing progress report for monthly valuation as per our site progress and discussion with consultant and cost control department with WIR record copy that works has been done.
• Preparing Work Inspection Request and doing inspection for our electrical works installation with consultant.
• Prepare and Sending material request to Procurement manager as per the site’s requirements
• Preparing daily work schedule
• Must have a knowledge in Estimation and submitting Tenders.
• Analyze project specifications during Tender stage , drawings, and other relevant documents to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with the project management team to clarify project scopes and objectives.
• Preparation of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
• Visiting site if necessary.
• Quantity take-off
• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
• Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for materials, and labor, equipment, and
• Subcontractor expenses.
• To prepare the tender documents that include detailed cost breakdowns, schedules, and relevant project information.
• Ensure that tender submissions are completed within specified deadlines.
Supplier and Subcontractor Relations:
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing and quotations.
• To ensure the Subcontractor proposals alignment with project specifications.
Documentation Management:
• Maintain records of project estimates, tenders, and related documentation.

What we require:
• Preferably Filipino National
• Must have at least 7-10 Years Experience as Project Engineer on high-rise building constructions, Commercial Buildings, Residential Towers/Buildings/ Schools / Hospitals and etc.
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Preferably who has a valid CRPEP License & EWA License.
