The Dispatch Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing all ground transportation services, scheduling chauffeurs, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations for all service requests.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in dispatch or logistics operations
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS systems
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required,
Bachelor's degree preferred
• Requires flexibility in working hours. (Night Shift)
