Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineers to develop building designs and plans.
Analyze project proposals to ensure structural soundness, energy efficiency, and compliance with building codes.
Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various building types.
Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Use CAD software and BIM tools to create detailed architectural and engineering drawings.
Work on projects ranging from residential, commercial, industrial, to institutional buildings.
Ensure designs integrate sustainable practices, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.
Prepare cost estimates, reports, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
CRPEP License of grade B or C is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Experience in sustainable building practices and green certification programs (LEED, WELL).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
