Description

Shaheen Express is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, logistics, and transportation.

**Responsibilities:**
• Monitor Fleet performance through minimizing "No-Shows", "Late-logins", and implementing effective methods to enhance the punctuality and attendance levels on a daily basis.
• Increase the average UTR per Rider to improve the daily deliverables and rider earnings.
• Ensure shift-selections are done in a timely manner for the complete fleet in accordance to client shift releases.
• Monitor KPIs and performance criteria through the live-dashboard and increase rider engagement.
• Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as fleet maintenance, logistics, and driver management, to address performance issues and develop solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, track progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Develop performance improvement incentive plans for top performers, and corrective measures for the weaker members within the team.
• Ensuring all necessary training and quality compliance initiatives have been conducted to improve fleet performance
• Manage the COD report and minimize outstanding due to maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain efficient communication and resolutions of riders' pending dues, issues, and wallet complaints by promptly reporting them within the designated timeframe.
• Maintaining and overseeing the Rider Fleet Database as per Supplier Volume demands.


**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in logistics, transportation, or management.
