Description

Shaheen Express is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our Courier, Last-Mile, and Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and team management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Last Mile Identified leads, managed prospects and acquired new business
- Responsible for daily operational duties for the company
- Maintain a fleet of 150+ and growing drivers for an average 500+ daily deliveries
- Knowledge in formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, etc.
- Managed day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the overall operations and ensuring that the operation activities are properly aligned with the business vision

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in logistics, operations management, or related fields.
