Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' certification, consultancy, and training requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the certification, consultancy, or training industry.
• Strong understanding of Management System standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
