Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and achieving targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing sales team.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales goals. Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Sales Process Optimization: Ensure the sales process is efficient and effective. Streamline workflows, manage sales pipelines, and optimize the use of CRM systems to maximize productivity.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals. Work together on marketing campaigns, product development, and client onboarding processes.

Training and Development: Organize regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
