## Responsibilities

### Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with our online community and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

### Sales Fulfillment
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and coordinate logistics for product delivery.

### Website Development
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Regularly update website content and design in line with marketing campaigns.

### Real Estate Assistance
- Provide administrative support within the real estate sector, including managing listings and client communications.
- Assist in market research and the preparation of reports as needed.

## Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing and web design.
- Proficient in graphic design software, web development tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
