Qualification & Responsibilities:

-Preference for candidates with 1+ years of experience as a real estate sales agent, though freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems is a plus
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
-Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
