Description

Drinking Water Production Supervisor:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, train, and supervise production staff to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
2. Coordinate and assign work to production staff based on daily production schedules.
3. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback.
4. Oversee the entire production process, from water purification to bottling and packaging.
5. Ensure that production targets are met, optimizing the use of materials, labor and equipment.
6. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery is properly maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
7. Ensure that all products meet the quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
8. Implement and monitor quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and audits.
9. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including and not limited to proper use of PPE.
11. Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents.
12. Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials, packaging supplies and finished goods.
13. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a food and beverage or water bottling environment.
• Experience with water purification processes and bottling equipment is highly desirable.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality regulations within the food and beverage industry.
