About The Role:

As part of our marketing function, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives. You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms such as online, offline, trade marketing and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
• Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage features and email blasts.
• Producing and editing imagery and videography
• Maintenance of product imagery and aesthetics of e-commerce website
• Organise completed content and deliverables in an easy to catalogue and searchable manner
• Plan, design and execute graphic and visual changes in line with business manager requirements and campaign plans
• Assist internal teams in brief writing and scoping for graphic requirements
• Design trade marketing related flyers, brochures, data sheets and campaign promotions as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Web Design.
• Fluent in English but knowledge Arabic is an advantage
• Background in creative fields such as fashion, beauty or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
• 2-3 years of graphic design experience required. Work experience from all industries welcome.
• Previous video editing experience preferred. Knowledge editing apps for desktop and mobile such as Canva and Capcut is an advantage
• Previous experience in working with numerous design platforms and email campaigns.
• Strong conceptual thinking and able to take projects from conception to finished design.
• Ability to solve design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision.
• Ability to consistently execute with excellence and constantly work on improving design skills.
• Great communication and organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible.
