Job Vacancy: Assistant F&B Assistant Cost Controller

Location: Bahrain International Airport
Position Overview:
The F&B Assistant Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling the food and beverage costs within our outlets. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or hotel industry, with a strong understanding of cost control procedures and a working knowledge of POS software.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the consumption of food and beverages.
Prepare and manage cost reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper stock levels.
Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Maintain updated records of all cost-related activities.
Collaborate with management to develop and maintain effective cost-control strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Cost Controller in a restaurant or hospitality field.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using POS software and other related tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
