Description

We are looking for a private investment company office an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office responsibilities with accountancy knowledge.

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring organizational effectiveness and communication.
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage.

Basic Responsibilities and Requirements:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize and order stationery and equipment
Email correspondence
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel Word and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
