Responsibility:
1) Disassembly, cleaning, and degreasing hoods, including hood filter tracts, grease troughs
2) Removable grease cups
3) Removal of roof and/or wall mounted fans from ductwork to degrease the base, shroud, and blades 4) Inspecting exhaust fans for loose or worn-out fan belts.
5) Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
6) Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.

Needs to be disciplined, punctual, flexible to work at all times & any day.
