JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. As an Electrician / Plumber, you will be responsible for a wide range of electrical and plumbing tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Inspect and test electrical and plumbing systems to identify and diagnose any issues
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and plumbing systems
• Install and repair lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
• Provide plumbing services including but not limited to installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Ensure all electrical and plumbing work is in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on electrical and plumbing solutions


ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma
• English – Reading, Speaking, Writing
• Arabic – Conversational (Optional)


CERTIFICATIONS
• Valid electrician and plumber licenses (from EWA or CRPEP)


REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician cum Plumber
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and components
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and plumbing blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bahraini Driving License (Valid)


ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• None


EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years driving in Bahrain/GCC
• 5+ years working in construction sector, property management, or maintenance/home repair.


PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO BAHRAINI AND RESIDENT APPLICANTS WHO ARE PHYSICALLY FIT AND CAN DEMONSTRATE HAVING WORKED/DELIVERED SIMILAR PROJECTS (ACADEMIC OR PROFESSIONAL) AND WITH WELL-ROUNDED SKILLSET.

LOCATION, WORKING HOURS, AND SALARY
Manama, 7 AM to 3 PM (6 days a week) official working hours, 200.000 BD - 250.000 BD Salary, 1 or 2-year fixed-term (1 month trial period).
