We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Office Work Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a flair for design. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing our team's productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Manage office correspondence and communications, both written and verbal.
Design and create visually appealing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
Organize and coordinate events and meetings.

Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Basic design skills, familiarity with design software (e.g. Canva).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
Knowledge of project management tools and software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
