Description

As a Bakery Helper, you’ll assist our bakers and staff in producing high-quality baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

-Assisting in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked items.
-Measuring and mixing ingredients following recipes.
-Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
-Packaging and labeling baked goods for sale.
-Assisting with customer service, including restocking and display.
-Helping with inventory management and ensuring supplies are stocked.
-Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure consistency.
-Helping to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
-Assisting with the daily cleaning and maintenance of the bakery area.
-Handling deliveries, checking orders, and stocking shelves.
-Training new bakery helpers as needed.
-Performing other duties as assigned to support the bakery team.
