Generator Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing generators and related equipment. They must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair, as well as be able to safely operate and perform test procedures on generators. They must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schematics
Knowledge of diesel engine and generator systems
Ability to use diagnostic equipment
