4. Ensures following construction safety guidelines.
5. Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
6. Monitor onsite construction processes and supervise construction workers.
7. Prepare and allocate budgets.
8. Track and report on project progress.
9. Collaborate with contractors and project managers.
