Accounts Officer
1 Preparing & Posting all necessary entries - Invoices, Purchases entries, JVs, Payment entries etc.,
2 Preparing Payroll
3 Timely passing of all the entries in the books of accounts
4 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
5 Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
6 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
7 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
8 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
9 Secures financial information by completing database backups.
10 Reconciliation of Banks, Customers & Suppliers' account
11 Ensure to prepare and pay all statutory dues on time - VAT,Gosi, LMRA, Visa, Ewa, CR Renewal etc.,
12 Assist in preparing all necessary reports for Audit, VAT,ESR etc.,
13 Monitor all the statutory due dates and keep informing the management well in advance
14 Keep all the books of accounts up to date
