- Cost Control & Resource Utilization: Manage food costs and optimize resources.
- Leadership & Training: Lead and train kitchen staff.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with service staff for seamless operations.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of continental and Greek cuisine.
- Strong skills in menu creation, presentation, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership and team coordination abilities.
