Job Responsibilities
• Designing and arranging flowers for bouquets, centerpieces, gift baskets, wedding arrangements, and other occasions.
• Assisting customers with selecting flowers and designing arrangements to fit their needs and budget.
• Providing knowledgeable advice on flower care and keeping arrangements fresh.
• Receiving and processing flower deliveries, ensuring proper care and storage.
• Maintaining the shop's inventory of flowers and floral supplies.
• Cleaning and preparing work areas and equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Upselling and promoting additional products and services.
• Staying up-to-date on floral trends and design techniques.

Job Location – Bahrain

Personnel Required – Expatriate

Position Type – Permanent

Experience Required
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a floral shop or related field.
• Strong understanding of different flower varieties, their meanings, and care requirements.
• Excellent design skills and a creative eye for color and composition.

Education Level
• High school diploma or equivalent.

License/ Certifications/ Trainings
• NA

IT/ Software Proficiency
• NA

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
