URGENT REQUIREMENT

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare work surfaces by clearing debris and leveling ground.
• Mix and prepare mortar, concrete, or asphalt for road construction.
• Lay bricks, blocks, or stones to build or repair road surfaces, curbs, gutters, and other structures.
• Cut and shape masonry materials to fit specific requirements.
• Operate power tools and equipment as needed.
• Ensure proper drainage and slope of road surfaces.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Experience Required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Road Mason or related construction role.

Education Level
• High school or equivalent.

License/ Certifications/ Trainings
• NA

IT/ Software Proficiency
• NA

Personal Attributes
• Knowledge of road construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
