Job Title: IT Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for a variety of IT systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure security systems, such as firewalls and antivirus software.
• Manage network infrastructure, including cabling and switches.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Document all IT activities and procedures.

Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Ability to install and configure various software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• The work environment is a manufacturing facility, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Salary: Starting from BD 200 to BD 350 based on qualifications and experience.
