Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing company. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial health and supporting strategic decision-making as a team leader.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all accounting functions for the manpower contracting sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

* Prepare monthly reports for investors, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.

* Possess a deep understanding of Bahrain's VAT regulations and ensure compliance.

* Generate and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.

* Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and perform reconciliations.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Transport and Logistic accounting.

* Proven track record of preparing and presenting investor reports.

* In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations in Bahrain.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).

* Residency in Bahrain is mandatory.
