Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Technician to join our team at Nexcel Computer Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT support and a solid understanding of network infrastructure. This role involves providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting computer systems, and maintaining network connectivity.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
Maintain and administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Document technical support activities and resolutions.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications and certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Proficiency in network troubleshooting and administration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
