A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Service Engineer with Chemical background

-Key requirements and expectations include:

Independence & Responsibility: The individual should be self-driven and can work effectively without constant supervision.

Professionalism and Discretion: The candidate must understand the importance of data confidentiality.

Travel Readiness: Although this is not a current requirement, the engineer must be prepared to travel when necessary.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Interpersonal Skills: Given the customer-facing nature of the role, it's crucial that the engineer possesses:
A positive and approachable demeanor.
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
The humility to admit when they lack information, coupled with a commitment to find answers and follow up.
Strong honesty and trustworthiness.
Punctuality
Well dressed and clean as they will be representing the company.
Technical Competence: While the role doesn't demand intricate technical skills, the candidate should:
Possess critical thinking abilities.
Be comfortable conducting basic chemistry experiments.
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Educational Background: A degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, environmental engineering, or a related field.

Compensation: Our budget for this position ranges from BD 300-400 monthly (all inclusive).

Additional Skills: If the candidate can contribute to sales or business development, it would be an added advantage.

Nationality: Preference is for Philippines?National.
