Almoayyed Interiors Bahrain is Urgently looking for Interior Fitout Supervisors Nos (4).

SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES:

Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to:

• Ensuring the safety of Team members.
• Following Safety guidelines.
• Productivity of Team members.
• Communicating the job to the team & Assigning team tasks.
• Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure team morale and productivity.
• Applying the principles of workplace respect at the site.
• Carry out the job and ensure the physical requirements as per the drawings & Specifications.
• Effective utilisation of manpower.
• Control of the consumption of material & wastage.
• Proper use of machines and tools.
• Translating general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the team.
• Working with the team to overcome work challenges.

An ideal candidate for this role with a minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in Interior Fit Out Projects is a must.
