Description

Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm operating in Bahrain, is seeking a skilled and organized Admin to join our team. If you have a strong administrative background and can efficiently handle various office tasks, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
