Description

We are looking for a candidate to join our organization who has a minimum 4-5 years experience in Infrastructure works undertaking responsibilities in MOW projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
2. Monitor and comply to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
3. Interact daily with the clients/consultants to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly regarding the project status
5. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team
6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager/commercial manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
8. Preparation of monthly cost reports of the in-hand projects to monitor the financial situation of the project.
9. Preparation of RFI’s of the executed works with the assistance of the Site supervisor/site foreman in order to submit to the client for further processing of the invoice.
10. Following up on the Monthly invoices of the assigned projects to maintain constant cash flow for the same.

Qualifications
1. Civil Engineering Degree f
2. Knowledgable and well-versed in Autocad and Microsoft Office
3. Excellent communication and writing skills in English
4. 4-5 Years Experience working in Infrastructure projects in Bahrain
5. A Bahrain Valid engineering license is a plus point for the candidate.
