We are a corporate company looking for an IT Admin . The candidate should

Support and maintain company data and technological infrastructure .
Provide technical assistance and remote computer or network support to end users.
Apply updates and patches to enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve software/application related issues .
Collaborate with various departments to identify, develop, and deploy IT strategies .
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Responding to general IT requests.
Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager.
Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
Managing an issues tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.
Understanding of Social media management & Content Creation .
Knowledge of Web Designing & Development will be a plus .
