We are seeking an experienced and talented head chef to join our award-winning restaurant team. In this role:

Job Description:
- Creating and refining the restaurant's menu, featuring both traditional Lebanese dishes as well as innovative international cuisine
- Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Managing and training the kitchen staff, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining efficient workflow
- Collaborating with the management team to control food and labor costs, while maximizing profitability
- Researching new culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually elevate the dining experience
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment that complies with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of skilled culinary professionals
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
