Urgently Looking for Admin & HR Role

Responsibilities

-Purchasing Officer:
-Vendor Management-Identify, Evaluate, Negotiate, Coordinate with vendor and drivers, track orders.
-Maintain purchase records.
-Research new vendors, trends for controlling cost & Stock Control:
-Monitor stock levels, Reporting:
-Generate purchase process reports.
-HR Coordinator
-Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening candidates and facilitate new employee orientation.
-Employee Records and Vehicle management:
-Maintain accurate records and Policy Compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.
-Employee Relations: Address employee queries.
-Training Coordination: Organize training sessions.
-Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork.
