Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Games Technician to maintain, repair, and ensure the smooth operation of our VR, arcade, and carnival games. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a love for interactive entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repair of VR systems, arcade machines, and carnival games to ensure optimal performance.
• Installation and Setup: Assist in the setup and installation of new games and attractions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and staff, ensuring a positive experience.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all games and equipment meet safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and supplies inventory, ordering replacements as needed.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
