Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bahrain. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in resolving customer issues
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• With educational attainment High School or Secondary Diploma
• Experience in the industry is a plus
• Preferably Bahraini
