A luxury hotel dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience with the highest standards of service and hospitality. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and help maintain our impeccable standards.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as drinking glasses, bathroom items, and writing supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Ensure that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
