Description

We are looking for experienced Site supervisor (Post-Tensioned) to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.To propose a work schedule, the main contractor for a site visit to discuss site operation, daily site coordination of work, solving site problems, and liaison with the client.

2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.

3. To communicate with all levels of personnel, experience in coordination of construction work at site and project implementation.

4. To support the Project Manager on projects assigned and assist the Project Manager in supervising all construction works on the project.

5. To implement project operations and document control procedures.

6. To supervise, monitor, and control daily work at the project site and adhere to document control procedures. Coordinate and monitors the main contractor's activities at the project site.

7. To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.

8. Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

9. To conduct inspection and test as per Inspection Plan and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.

10. To assist in project handover as per contract obligations.

11. To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior
